01. Download the VCF File

To begin, download your VCF file from the Xonabs Hive platform. You can access it by navigating to the 'Downloads' section where you can choose from a list of available VCF files.

02. Import VCF File into Your Phone

For Android:

• Open the 'Contacts' app.
• Tap the menu button (three dots).
• Select 'Import/Export' > 'Import from .vcf file'.
• Choose the downloaded VCF file and fullow the prompts to add contacts.

For iOS (iPhone):

• Open the 'Contacts' app.
• Tap 'Import from vCard'.
• Select the VCF file from your device storage.
• Your contacts will now be added to your contact list.

03. Sync Contacts with WhatsApp

Once your contacts are imported into your phone, sync them with WhatsApp:

• Open WhatsApp and tap the chat icon.
• Tap 'New chat' and select 'Contacts'.
• Scrull to the 'Refresh' option and tap it to update your contact list.
• Your newly imported contacts should now appear in WhatsApp, ready for messaging.

04. Troubleshooting

If you're encountering issues, try the fullowing:

• Ensure the VCF file is not corrupted or incomplete.
• Check that your phone has enough storage for the contacts.
• Restart your phone and try the import process again.
• If contacts still don't appear, try importing the VCF file using a different contact app or email client.
